Family Tae Kwon Do Training. Kids love the structure, training, and fun that TKD provides. Kids work towards achievement stars that lead to different belts. Promotes self-confidence, self-control, and fitness. Starts as young as 4 years old.

My daughter LOVES Guilderland Martial Arts! Master Rice is the BEST! She has been in the program for 1 1/2 years & doesn't want to give it up for anything! I have heard about other programs & they can't hold a candle to the teaching, kindness & sportsmanship that is taught here. AAA+++

My 7 year-old son, who needs to be begged to do most anything, LOVES Master Rice and the Guilderland Martial Arts program. We drive 20 minutes each way twice a week to get there, and neither of us would pick a martial arts program closer to our home because it is so worth it. We started in August '09 and he will be testing for his orange belt in next month. Five stars.

My kids have been going here for about 6 months and they never tire of Master Rice and their martial arts. Master Rice (who is a middle school teacher at Farnsworth Middle School) is great with the kids, and keeps them motivated.
